Make this important and unique source of research material available to the public and to the research community,
Develop a digital media management strategy for McLuhan.ca,
Link research communities from media studies, information management and education,
Design a web interface that allows moderated public contribution to the project, and invites scholars and researchers to participate in the discussions, and
Implement web and archiving meta-data systems compliant with international standards, and follow current XML conventions for audio, visual and text media.
